This is but the first step on a long road you have yet to travel. Find the hope that lies buried amoung the stars, young human. Go now! The way is open to you. I will wait here, believing that you have the power to make dreams a reality. Game appearances:
Not much is known about this creature, not even if he is really a dragon. In Lunar: Eternal Blue, he first appeared as the Phantom Sentry who attacked the party, wielding the only gun seen on Lunar. Masquerading as a large man in armor, his true appearance or form is unknown. Later, he is revealed To be the Star Dragon, and his mission seems to be protecting the Star Tower and the path between Lunar and the Blue Star. Finally, he challanged Hiro to a one-on-one duel to test his resolve. When Hiro defeated him, he allowed him passage to the Blue Star. He has been a character in fanfics and such afterwards. |
| Kodah |
|---|
|
Maybe I was born as a mistake, but I don't want to live my life as one anymore. IRC RPG appearances:The actual circumstances surrounding Kodah's coming into the world are shrouded in mystery, as no dragon has ever claimed responsibility for bringing him into the world. How he also managed to remain unnoticed by the rest of the world for so long is also unknown. What is known is that the birth of a green dragon heralds great misfortune, possibly the end of the old order that Althena created on Lunar. Kodah is forever destined to be incomplete, for there is no such thing as a green dragon aura. Without it, Kodah can never become a true dragon. His potential lifespan is unknown, for no dragon has ever been born without access to an aura before. Despite being an outcast, Kodah dreams of being accepted by the dragons of Althena one day, but he does not yet have the courage to pursue that dream. Until then, Kodah nurses his loneliness and feelings of alienation in silence, hiding among humanity as best he can and praying that he is not revealed as the freak of nature he is. Kodah is quiet and scared, but deep down inside he's a kind-hearted person, though he has never been given a chance to show it. He's painfully shy and not good at talking to people. This, combined with his low self-esteem, gives Kodah a tendency to lash out at people without meaning to. He has a siege mentality from his years of isolation, and he believes he must protect himself at all times because of what he is. |
| Prism |
|---|
|
Darn it! The world's been destroyed, and I'm gonna miss Star Trek! Prism was the Star Dragon on Earth at the time of Zophar's attack. While all the other dragons were waiting for Althena's arrival, he was awoken accidentally by a fight in his cave and found by a detective called Kuralov. He lived with him for a few years, not knowing who or what he was. He couldn't get out much due to the fact that he was a winged cat with prismatic fur, which was rather unusual for Earth, so he spent a lot of time watching TV and playing with computers. He had light magic as well as healing magic, and he could tell anything about an electronic device simply by touching it. When Zophar's forces arrived on Earth and began their attack, he and Kuralov were forced into fighting them. Eventually, they discovered that the forces were led by a dragon fiend, and they were able to help stop him. However, when Zophar himself arrived, the Earth was left uninhabitable after the ensuing battle between him, Althena, and the other four dragons. |
| Kitty |
|---|
|
My species is endangered. How about helping me repopulate it? IRC RPG appearances:
Kitty is a mystery. No one knows what time she's from or even what color dragon she is, since she dyes her fur to whatever color she feels like at the time. Her whole purpose in life seems to be trying to get people to sleep with her. She uses corney pick up lines and is as unsubtle as they come. She'll even switch her form to whatever she think will get someone interested in her, and she even has magic spells to make people so. She seems rather low on IQ because of her one-track mind. |
| Ziatoch |
|---|
|
Oh, how nice. The little mortals want to play a game of war. Good, I could use the physical workout. It has, after all, been almost two thousand years since I last tasted blood, and I'm very hungry. Fanfic appearances:
Ziatoch takes on two forms when he is among others. The first is his true form of the green dragon, in which his height reaches over two hundred feet, maybe more, and he is covered with sleek, dark green scales which can't even be scratched by normal weapons or most magic spells. His reptilian maw is filled with razor sharp teeth able to cut through anything, be it flesh or steel. The underside of his jaw has small white spikes protruding from it, and his eyes are two red orbs with black points for pupils. Finally, he has two black horns that point away sprouting from the back of his head. His other form is that of an eight foot tall human with long, green hair. His features are sharp with small white spikes on his chin. His eyes are still red in this form, and he always wears a mixture of black and green leathers for clothing. Note: After a battle with Cole in the Black Mountain (see Lunar: Tides of Time, chapter 51), his left eye was wounded by Cole's Poe Sword attack, the only time the dragonboy could ever preform it. So much energy had been put into the blow that Ziatoch's left eye was permanently blinded. Hence, there was a scar running down the left side of his face and through the eye. When Althena first came to the Blue Star, she created various tribes to guard her creation, and the highest among them was the Dragon Tribe. Back then, there were five dragons of Althena, who were the leaders of the race of dragons, and they had the respective colors of red, black, white, blue, and green. Ziatoch was the first and only green dragon of Althena. During his first moments of life, he was converted by Zophar and turned to evil. Until the time Zophar first arrived on the Blue Star, Ziatoch was responsible for every mad man and war that occurred. When Zophar arrived with his dark armies, Ziatoch betrayed his tribe and Althena and led most of the world's armies into a terrible trap. Thus, the Great War which devastated the Blue Star began. The war raged on until Althena and her disciples confronted the dark god and the green dragon. They trapped Zophar in a place called the Void, while the other four dragons were able to capture and seal Ziatoch there as well, where he stayed until several thousand years later. A few years after Dragonmaster Alex and his friends defeated Ghaleon, Zophar made an attempt to free himself from the Void. While Luna and Nall tried to stop the dark god, Ziatoch was able to escape and roam the world. In the end, it took Alex, Luna, Nall, and three magical artifacts called the Time Runes to reseal Ziatoch in a Void-like prison. At this battle's conclusion, Alex disappeared and was presumably dead. One thousand years after Ziatoch was trapped by Alex and Luna, he was freed by a young warrior named Cole, who inadvertantly freed Ziatoch from his prison. Thus the events of Lunar: Tides of Time ensued. During this time, Ziatoch did everything he could to attain the three Time Runes in order to open a portal to the fabled Eye of the Universe. He succeeded in killing all of the current dragons of Althena and stealing their auras and souls, growing more powerful with each. Only Ruby was spared, and then only because he wanted her for a concubine, so he turned her into a human for a time. After almost a year of battling against Dragonmaster Cole and the Dragon Knights, Ziatoch finally acquired all the Runes and traveled to the Eye. Using the power of Althena, whom he had captured, he opened the Eye and attempted to destroy everything ever created by the gods. Dragonmaster Cole and his friends followed, and Ziatoch transformed into a multi-headed green dragon to fight them. After the battle, Dragonmaster Cole, with the help of Alex, threw the Time Runes into the Eye, which in turn absorbed Ziatoch. In his last moments, Ziatoch regained some of his lost good and gave Cole a simple Thank you for ending the torment that was the green dragon's life. |
| Jewel |
|---|
|
This situation is perfect for this song I'm about to sing! Hehe! (Fanfic?) appearances:
Jewel is a gold dragon who can take the form of a dragon, a flying cat, or a human girl. She would be about fifteen in human years, and she seems to put her trust in people that she shouldn't, even some enemies. She also likes to sing a lot about every event that happens. She would have appeared in both Lunar: Eternal Blue, and Lunar: Magic School, but she was too busy in another quest. Little is known about Jewel's history. |
| Midori |
|---|
|
Okay, so she tried to kill me. AOL RPG appearances:
When Hiro and Lucia destroyed Zophar, they unknowingly released the aura of the green dragon. Many years later, a girl named Ivy appeared on the Blue Star. It was soon discovered that Ivy's real name was Midori, and according to information that the other dragons had found, Midori was to be the tetrarch of the Dragon Tribe. However, she let Nall have that honor because she didn't want to deal with the pressure of leadership. Midori curently is the youngest of the Dragon Tribe. |
| Fubuki |
|---|
|
Do I look like I joke around? AOL RPG appearances:
Fubuki is the silver dragon of Althena. She's been around since Zophar's time, but there is not much about her past to be told, except that she is the oldest living dragon on the Blue Star other than the Star Dragon. Some say that she is the reason why the Blue Star was covered in ice. She also went insane and tried to kill the green dragon Midori for no reason, but Midori forgave her and accepted her as a friend. |
